John Jarman Jr at Lake Michigan

John Jarman, an Ohio resident was swept in Lake Michigan pier in the Northern Michigan area. Jarman’s body was pulled from Lake Michigan but he could not be revived. There had been weekend warnings about high waves and dangerous swimming conditions but the Frankfort pier was not closed. John was drowned at the Frankfort pier which belongs to the Army Corps of Engineers.
