John Kevin Trout Lank at Indiana Dunes State Park

John Kevin Trout Lank was 29 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan near Indiana Dunes State Park. He was swimming with a group of friends when he went underwater and didn’t resurface. According to officials, he was knocked by a huge wave and also alcohol plays a vital role in his drowning. He was taken to Porter Regional Hospital where he was placed on life support but later died.
