John Otto

John Otto was 50 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan near Waukegan Harbor while doing jet ski. Waukegan Fire Department rescue crews were called to the scene at about 6:30 pm and pulled John out of the water. He was taken to Vista Medical Center East in critical condition where he was pronounced dead.
