John Penhollow

The police have confirmed the drowning of a 24-year-old man John Penhollow while swimming in Lake Erie near Westfield. He was swimming with three people between the break walls of Barcelona Harbor when he was drowned. The US Coast guards assisted with local firefighters to locate his body. He was found under the water and pronounced dead at the scene.
