Jose Ortega

Jose Ortega was 35 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan at Oak Street Beach. Police Marine unit rescued the two men about 6 pm from the water and performed CPR before taking them to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Jose Ortega was pronounced dead while the other man was in very serious condition.
