Jose Rubio at Diversey Harbor

Jose Rubio, a 31-year-old man was drowned in Lake Michigan near Diversey Harbor. The report says that three men were on the boat when Jose and one another person jumped into the water for swimming. Due to high waves, they both separated and become in distress. The third person on the boat did not know how to operate the boat so he calls out for help. They were rescued from the water and taken to the hospital where Jose was pronounced dead another person was in stable condition.
