Joseph Hall

Joseph Hall was 58 years old when his body was found by the police near Pere Marquette Park around 7 am on Monday. His body was found by the beach employee who was doing maintenance at that time. His death was ruled out to be “accidental drowning” as no one knows how long he was there underwater.
