Kelly Jirgal was 46 years old when she lost her life after diving into Lake Michigan near Montrose Harbor.

The Marine unit pulled the body from the water at around 2:15 a.m. and transported the woman in a very critical condition.

The initial report says that she did not resurface after diving in the water.

She was pronounced dead at 6:15 a.m. the following morning.
