Kelvin Soto Crespo at East Chicago Marina

Kelvin Soto Crespo was 20 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan after the boat was capsized. He was on an 18-foot Bayliner when the boat capsized and as a result, four people on the boat were drowned. The three other people were saved by the rescue workers but the body of Kelvin was not found. His body was recovered on June 8.
