Kevin Brandon at Lake Michigan

Kevin Brandon was 24 years old when he fell into Lake Michigan and drowned. According to witnesses, he was wearing a Captain America costume and was standing on a service dock about 2: 30 am when he fell into the water and screamed for help. Two men who were fishing nearby tried to help him and throw him the buoy but all went in vain and the people call 911 for help. A paramedic unit and dive team responded to the call and come to the scene to rescue Brandon but unsuccessful in resuscitating him.
