Kyzer Grant at Lake Huron’s Duncan Bay

Kyzer Grant was just 5 years old when he was drowned in Lake Huron’s Duncan Bay. The drowning happened on Sunday around 7:15 pm. He was pulled on a tube by a boat and was not wearing the life jacket. He was rushed to the shore and immediately taken to downstate hospital where he was pronounced dead.
