The emergency crew pulled the car from Lake Erie and announced that 38 years old Lothario Julius was dead due to drowning. The report issued by the department was that someone called 911 at about 11:25 am and told them that a white sedan was inside the water. The car was about 6 feet under the water and the medical examiner has yet to rule out the cause of the accident.
