Lucie Ann Hoyt at Saugatuck’s Oval Beach

Lucie Ann Hoyt was 78 years old when she faced a medical emergency and fell into the water. By the time officers arrived at the scene, the bystanders has already taken her out of the water and performed CPR. She was immediately taken to nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
