Marcos A. Peralta at Fair Haven Beach

Marcos A. Peralta is 27 years old when he was drowned near Fair Haven Beach State Park. Deputies says that Marcos jumped into the water with his friends near the main pier but soon he started to struggle to keep his head above. After that he starts to panic. His friends tried to help him but at the time they were able to reach him he was unresponsive. Rescue crew arrived and took him out of the water. They immediately transported him to Oswego Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
