Mark A. Stoke at East 72nd Street marina

Mark A. Stoke was 37 years old when he was pulled from Lake Erie at East 72nd pier Sunday. Rangers were called to the scene at 1: 42 pm after it was reported that a man was in distress inside the water. The US coast guards responded and pulled Mark out of the water but he died later on.
