Mark Tuthill at Lake Michigan

Mark Tuthill was 47 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan on Friday afternoon at Portage Lakefront Park. Mark went there with his four friends. They played in the water until three of the friends parted from Tuthill and one friend about 90 minutes later was worried about Tuthill. Davis, from the Department of Natural Resources Conservation, said that someone screamed when he saw Tuthill’s body was floating in the water Face down. Someone brings his body to the shore and starts performing CPR until they realized that he is already dead.
