Mark Urness at Lake Michigan

Mark Urness was 53 years old when he was saved by bystanders in Lake Michigan in Benzie County. It happened on Monday afternoon when Mark was pulled from the water unconscious near the lower Herring Lake outlet. The people around him start performing the CPR until the first respondent arrives at the scene. They continue CPR on the way to the hospital and Mark was later revived.
