Martez Holmes at Lakeshore State Park

Martez Holmes was 32 years old when he lost his life in lake Michigan near Lakeshore State Park. According to his relative, Holmes was on a pontoon boat with his friends to see fireworks when he went into the water in the lagoon at Lakeshore State Park, which is adjacent to the Summerfest grounds.

According to the Police report, Holmes was with several people when they decided to swim and one person started to Struggle and didn’t resurface. Divers found his body shortly after 10 am not far from the place where he went underwater.

Holme’s mother didn’t believe that his son has done that because she said that he don’t know swimming. An autopsy was scheduled to find out the exact cause of drowning.
