Matthew John MacLeod at Beachway Park

Matthew John MacLeod was 38 years old when his body was found in Lake Ontario floating about eight feet offshore along the Burlington Beach Strip.  His body was found by a couple walking along lake Ontario and the police notified Matthew’s family within an hour of finding his body. According to police, there is no foul play in his drowning.
