Melvin Guzman

Melvin Guzman was 21 years old when he lost his life in Lake Michigan while swimming.

Melvin went underwater for about 15 minutes before he was taken out.

The Fire officials performed CPR and transported him to Northwestern Hospital in a very critical condition.

He was pronounced dead later on.
