Miguel Angel Cisneros at Rogers Park

Miguel Angel Cisneros was just 19 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan near Rogers Park. The firefighters responded to a call that a man was in distress after falling in the water at 1000 block of West Pratt Avenue around 7:45 am. The rescue workers reach the location and search for Miguel whose body was found after one hour of hard searching. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was ruled as accidental.
