Orest Sopka at 31st Street Beach

The US Coast guards have suspended their search on Monday morning after the two missing boaters were still not found. They said that one boat was still in the water to see if somebody comes up. Orest Sopka was 30 years old and he was in that boat that was capsized over the weekend. There were multiple people on the boat. One of the people was saved and he told the police that the boat caught fire and multiple people were drowned.
