Oussama Righi at North Beach Provincial Park

Oussama Righi was 32 years old when he was drowned in Lake Ontario near North Beach Provincial Park. He was swimming with his family when he failed to resurface. The rescue responders called at 4:15 pm and they pulled him out of the water and performed CPR. But he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
