A couple died while swimming in Lake Michigan at Harrington Beach State Park. Paige (32) and Adl (34) were swimming when they were caught in a terrible rip current. The rip current was so powerful that it tossed the swimmers, Berndt was badly injured and Adl just went missing. Berndt later died at the hospital while Adl body was recovered on September 3.
