Partheepan Subramanium at Bluffer's Park

Partheepan Subramanium was 27 years old when he was drowned in Lake Ontario near Bluffer’s Park. The police received the call just before 10 pm that a man was fallen into the water of Lake Ontario from a boat. The man who called the police was the drowning victim who was with him on the boat. The police have covered the whole area of Scarborough Bluffs but the body of Partheepan was not being found till now.
