The Marine unit has handed over the case of Peter Ashby to Police to treat it as a missing person case when they were unable to find his body in Lake Ontario. Peter left the Queen City Yacht Club on Thursday afternoon on the boat and did not return yet. His 27-foot long Sailboat was found at about 2:30 am on Friday with no signs of him. After the search of 107 hours, the Marine Unit handed the search to the Police.
