Porter Simpson at Lake Ontario

Porter Simpson a child just 7 years old when he was drowned in the frigid waters of Lake Ontario on Tuesday. He was playing on the ice with her elder sister and friend when shortly after 5 pm they realized he was missing. They ran to inform their dad who immediately started his search. Within few minutes the rescue members arrive they put all their efforts to find Porter. Around 90 kilometers from shore, they got a glimpse of the red tag on Porter’s winter coat and found him three feet of water. He had been there for more than an hour. He had no signs when taken to hospital and later pronounced dead.
