Ramal Roby at Lake Michigan

Ramal Roby was 30 years old when he went missing from the Unstable Ice. He was drowned on Tuesday night and the rescue operations continue for 2 hours, the authorities use drowns to check if the man was found anywhere but there was no success. According to Lewis, public safety director for the City of Muskegon, said that man and woman had parked their car at a road-closed barricade near the city’s water filtration plant, and the man walked out onto the ice from there but he never shows up again.
