Raymond Burns at Ashtabula County

Raymond Burns was 58 years old when he died in Lake Erie after the boat capsized near Ashtabula County on Saturday morning. The boat was capsized around 9:45 am in the morning. A samaritan in a commercial fishing vessel saw that some people are waving their hands for help. He saved three people who were with Raymond on the boat but can’t save him as he was drowned earlier. Although no foul play was suspected by the police the incident remains under investigation.
