Richard Habermas at Lake Michigan

Richard Habermas was 76 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan at lake off Grand Haven State Park. He was swimming with his wife when around 3 pm she lost his sight in the waves. Reports say that bystanders pulled his body from the water and the off-duty doctor performed CPR until the help arrived but later he was pronounced dead.
