Richard J. Franzese

Richard J. Franzese was 58 years old when he was drowned in the waters of Racine’s Reefpoint Marina. He once received Citizen Lifesaving Award in efforts of saving a drowning man’s life. Authorities said that the death of Richard was accidental.
