Richard Miller at Erie's bayfront

Richard Miller was 35 years old when his body was found floating in Lake Erie along Erie’s bayfront. He was in the water for few days until his body was found floating in the water by a member of  Presque Isle Yacht Club. His cause of death is marked as accidental drowning and no foul play was found.
