Riley Hoeksema

Riley Hoeksema was 16 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan near Holland State Park. He was doing boating with his friend Levi Winkle when their boat capsized and both men were in the water. Winkle was pulled from the water by a passer boat but Riley’s body was not found.
