Robert Amenitsch at Berrien County

Robert Amenitsch was 66 years old when he was drowned in Lake Michigan just north of Rocky Gap Park in Berrien County. A call was received at the rescue department around 3:30 pm that a man was found in the water unresponsive. Rescue units reached the area where they found that the family members are giving CPR. Robert was transported to Coast Guard Station in St. Joseph where he pronounced dead.
