Roger Lee Fischer at Grand Beach

Roger Lee Fischer was 45 years old when he lost his life in Lake Erie while doing Kayaking.

Witnesses reported that Roger was struggling in the water to keep his head high around 3:45 p.m.

They have also informed the first responders that he might go underwater about 400 yards offshore.

The rescue dive teams searched for hours to Find Roger but they decided to suspend the search at about 11 p.m.

His body was found three days later on the Edgewater Street.
