Ryan David Orbaker at Jefferson County Town

Ryan David Orbaker was 20 years old when drowned in Lake Ontario near Point Peninsula in the Jefferson County Town of Lyme while swimming. The Sheriff’s office stated that the reason for Ryan drowning was not unknown but he went underwater and never resurface. Rescue crew were called to the scene and they locate the body of Ryan quickly and bring him to the shore. They performed CPR but efforts to revive him were not successful.
