Ryan Zinke at Cobourg’s West Beach

Ryan Zinke was 32 years old when drowned in Lake Ontario. He was reported to be in distress inside water around 6 pm and Ontario police responded quickly. They arrive with the marine vessel and search for him but he was not visible at that time. His body was recovered about 200 meters offshore. Although there are no vital signs of life in him still he was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
