The body of Samuel Clark was found floating in Lake Superior near Barker’s Island Marina on August 30. The Superior Fire Department personnel responded to a call that the body of Samuel was found who was underwater for about 12 hours. His body was found a few feets away from his docked sailboat, fully clothed but missing a show.
There are no signs of foul play and after contacting, his wife told the police that he call him at about 7:45 pm on August 29 but did not speak a word. The man who reported about the body told the reporters that he came for regular maintenance of his boat when he found a floating jacket.
He went in to grab a metal pole to remove the jacket but found that it was a floating man’s body. An autopsy was scheduled for September 1 to find out the exact cause of death.
