Samuel Euceda Ucles at Pennoyer Park

During the rescue of an 8-year-old child, a 5-year-old child Samuel lost his life at Kenosha’s Pennoyer Beach Park. The incident happens around 6 pm when Kenosha Fire and Police Departments responded to a call that an 8-year-old child was facing trouble inside the water.

The 8-year-old was pulled off the last and safely taken to the hospital and according to the police he was doing OK. During this rescue operation, the 5-year-old Samuel who was from the same group went inside the water. The United State Coast guards and dive teams were called to the scene.

A citizen volunteered his drone to locate the child. After 15 minutes, the drone located the child about 50 feet from the shore. Samuel was pulled out of the water, and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
