Sebastian Duncan at Highland Park

Sebastian Duncan was 20 years old when drowned in Lake Michigan near Highland Park and Lake Forest on Monday night while Kayaking. He was doing kayaking with a friend when their kayaks were capsized. Duncan’s friend was able to swim to the shore but Duncan is still missing. His body was found on September 8.
