Spencer Williams at Jardine Water filtration plant

Spencer Williams was 29 years old when he fell off the boat in the “Playpen” near the Jardine Water filtration plant on August 17 and lost his life. The Police Marine unit responded quickly when they received the report that a person fell off the boat and was in distress. Despite all the efforts, they can’t find the person. It was on August 20 when a boater in the playpen area spotted a body and informed police. The body was taken out and Spencer was pronounced dead at the scene.
