Tamara Brague at Kenosha Harbor

Tamara Brague was 58 years old when her body was found floating in Kenosha Harbor near the Yacht Club. She was found floating face down at about 8:37 pm by a fisherman. According to the Police report, Brague was boating with her husband and some friends when at some point she separated from others and drowned. It is still unclear how the woman ended up in the water and how much time she was inside the water. The police are still investigating the drowning.
