Thalia Rodriguez at Whihala Beach

Thalia Rodriguez was 20 years old when she was drowned in Lake Michigan near Whihala Beach. She was walking on the Pier along friend when she jumped into the water and drowned. Emergency crew members arrived at the scene in short time. They could hear the Rodriguez voice but could not see her.
