A woman is dead after she was pulled from Lake Ontario near Etobicoke park on Saturday morning. Around 7 am the police marine unit responded to a call that the body was found in the water at Marie Curtis Park. The body was located at the edge of the beach. Medics performed life-saving measures but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The Coroner office has started investigation. The age of the woman and the reason of her drowning is still not released by the police.
