The Police are investigating after the body was washed ashore near the 3000 block of Maple Avenue in Wilson. The Criminal Investigative Bureau and Crime Scene Technicians were called to the scene to assist with the investigation. The body was taken to the custody of Niagara County Coroner James Carroll to identify the exact cause of the drowning.
