New York Police are investigating after a body was found on the shore of Lake Ontario. According to the Police report, the body was found by a fisherman on the shoreline of Blind Sodus Bay on May 12.

Troopers responded to the call and bring the body to the shore. Police said that the body was inside the water for a longer period of time and due to this factor they transported the body to the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office for autopsy.

Any information will be obtained after the autopsy.
