Theron Brooker-Nolan at South Haven’s South Beach

Theron Brooker-Nolan, a teen just 13 years old was drowned in Lake Michigan while swimming at South Haven’s South Beach. He was on the trip with his family on Saturday morning when the incident happens. The rescue crew was called for help at about 12:30 pm when the family saw Theron was struggling in high waves. He was brought to the shore by emergency responders about 20 minutes later unresponsive and taken to Bronson South Haven hospital where he was pronounced dead.
