Thomas Fields at Dobbins Landing

Thomas Fields was 65 years old when he was drowned in Lake Erie. A video shows that Thomas was standing alone at the Dock when he fell into the water near Dobbins Landing at about 6 am on Saturday. His body was found on the next day on the ice of Presque Isle Bay in northwestern Pennsylvania. His death was ruled out as accidental and Hypothermia is the cause of his death.
