Timothy Judge at Lake Michigan

Timothy Judge drowned around 4 pm in Lake Michigan when he and his other two scuba divers were exploring a sunken steam vessel in about 60 feet of water. Soon after their boat anchored, he went in with most of his dive gear on and his fins in hand.  But he started to sink as he struggled to get his fins on. The dive team found his body the next morning.
