Tomasz I. Dratwa was just 28 years old when his body was recovered from Lake Michigan near Oak Street Beach. The Chicago Police Marine Unit responded to a call that man’s body was found in the water near North Lake Shore Drive. He was one of the two men who jumped into the lake on May 29 and ends up tragically.
